Shipping

For all items (even multiple items to same address) the shipping is a flat rate of $8.00 plus insurance cost. We require insurance on all purchases.

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Orders are processed and shipped within 8 working days or sooner.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards online (via PayPal), PayPal payments, and checks (contact us). We also now accept credit card orders directly over the phone at our store: 650-579-6031.

Store Policy

We do our best to describe all merchandise as thoroughly and accurately as possible. Our goal is customer satisfaction and should you truly be dissatisfied with your item please let us know immediately. We will work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome.

Sales Tax

California residents must pay 8.25% sales tax or complete resale card. We will typically contact you within 48 hours after payment is received to advise you of the estimated shipping and arrival date.
